This hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, surrounded by the beautiful forest in the neighborhood of Gavea Tropical. It's a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. The staff here provided exceptional service, giving us a more native experience than a touristy one. The rooms were in fairly nice condition, providing basic amenities and a comfortable stay. The best part was that breakfast was included, and it was always waiting for us, no matter what time we woke up.

Great views from the room and a cozy environment. the staff was friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay very pleasant. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the main attractions in the area.

We stayed during Christmas and there was no Christmas atmosphere whatsoever in the hotel. It would've been nice to have some decorations or festive music playing.

The hotel also offered outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, and massages, ensuring complete relaxation. The location was ideal, as it was just a short taxi ride away from the bustling city center and the beautiful beaches.

Bad location with not much to do nearby and a noisy environment. Room was small and not very comfortable, and there was also a lot of construction going on during our stay.

We loved the hotel's vibe and aesthetic. The staff was extremely friendly and fulfilled all our wishes. Our room had a balcony with an awesome view of the city and we enjoyed using the whirlpool and small swimming pool. The hotel also had knowledgeable staff who arranged taxis.

This hotel offers a tranquil location down the hill into Gavea, away from the noise of the city. An Uber taxi can bring you to Barra shopping centre or other destinations. the rooms are clean and comfy, with fresh bed sheets and towels. the breakfast is delicious, with homemade treats and fresh coffee. Some rooms have breathtaking views of Sugar Loaf and Christ the Redeemer.

Some facilities like the pool and spa are not always in use.
